Y'ull Acib was a Human male member of Black Sun.

Acib was imprisoned on Kessel with Fliry Vorru, and was one of the group of criminals released by the New Republic onto Imperial Center prior to the Liberation of Coruscant. He later helped Vorru re-established Black Sun.
In the years following the death of Grand Admiral Thrawn, Acib rose to lead Black Sun. By this time he rarely appeared in person, living in a hidden location. He made personal communications contacts only slightly less rarely, usually relying on his staff to carry out his orders.
Following the final death of Palpatine in 11 ABY, he made an alliance with Grappa the Hutt to attempt to gain control of the Imperial Interim Ruling Council and the Imperial Remnant, but pulled out as soon as he felt Grappa was beginning to lose control of the situation.
By the next year Acib had been overthrown and Durga Besadii Tai was in control of Black Sun.
