A yaggie was a small, green, winged creature hunted for both its hide and meat on Greater Marianas. They were considered to have little intelligence.

Behind the scenesEdit

In 2001, this creature appeared in tenth issue of Dark Horse Comics's Star Wars Tales series, present in a story entitled Trooper. Leland Chee, continuity referee of Lucasfilm, stated that elements of those Tales comics are considered S-canon until referenced by C-canon materials.^[1] He later confirmed on his Facebook page that this particular story was intended to be non-canon.^[2]
