Yakasoba worked for Nagem Dr'Lar as part of an Imperial salvage operation on the moon Yavin 4 after the Battle of Yavin. When Dr'Lar was threatened at their salvage site by a spacer paid by Hutt operative Osae Meilea, Dr'Lar ordered Yakasoba to kill the spacer. The spacer defended himself and Yakasoba did not survive the fight.
