Yarr Hinter was a ambassador of the New Republic, sent to Sullust during the early days of the fledgling government. Hinter was nearly assassinated by the Defel assassin Londrah while he was on-planet. Hired by Gaen Drommel, Londrah failed to kill Hinter.
