Yemm was a male Devaronian. He supervised and provided documentation and legal counsel over the Maw Installation.^[1]

He was killed along with most of the scientists at the Maw when Tol Sivron accidentally flew the Death Star prototype down a black hole while trying to escape during the Second Battle of the Maw Installation in 11 ABY.^[1]
