Yenley was the Prime Minister of the planet Aguarl III in 0 ABY.

Princess Leia Organa was scheduled to meet with him and his political cabinet, however the meeting was initially delayed due to the threat of an attack on the Alliance Fleet which forced it to scatter.

Leia later did visit Aguarl III and inspected the Rebel base there. Presumably the meeting with Yenley went ahead.
