In 22 BBY, during the Separatist Crisis, the slicer compound was used to supply and train industrial espionage agents by building them vessels and performing cybernetic surgeries on them, thus turning them into cyborgs. The base was destroyed by the Corporate Alliance when it was discovered that the compound had supplied an agent named Denlace Sachoore, who had tried to steal Alliance data.
