The Yiwa were an Alwari tribe that were part of the Qiemo Adrangar. Their leader in 22 BBY was Highborn Mazong. Yiwa were neither massive nor unimportant clans, and were known for their quickness to take offense and for always being on the move. During their Mission to Ansion, 4 Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Luminara Unduli, and Barriss Offee performed at a feast at a Yiwa camp. The Yiwa were impressed by their performances, and agreed to aid them in their mission.
