The Ylesian Republic was the government established to rule Ylesia after it was granted to the Peace Brigade by the Yuuzhan Vong, following the First Battle of Ylesia. It was lead by a President, governed by a Senate, and its armed forces were the Peace Brigade.
Thrackan Sal-Solo was appointed to be the first President of the Ylesian Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the Peace Brigade.
