Young Jedi Knights was the name of a series of young reader books written between the years 1995-1999 by Kevin J. Anderson and Rebecca Moesta. The series followed the adventures of Jacen and Jaina Solo, and introduced their friends Lowbacca, Zekk, Tenel Ka, and Raynar Thul.
Synopsis

When the Empire died, they were born--a new hope for the New Republic. The young twins of Han Solo and Princess Leia are now fourteen, and enrolled at Luke Skywalker's Jedi academy on Yavin 4.
