Yount was an Imperial Governor during the Galactic Civil War. Yount was in charge of the planet Wakeelmui, including a stormtrooper garrison on the world. At some point prior to the Battle of Endor^[1] in the year 4 ABY,^[2] Yount recommended stormtrooper Sergeant Wallen and his unit to Commander Igar, the Imperial officer in charge of Tempest Force, the military legion stationed on the Forest Moon of Endor.^[1]
