Z'ozpheratu was a male Twi'lek. He helped organize the Galactic Moon Festival in Mos Eisley and Moenia. Some of his most recognizable features were his glowing yellow eyes.

The name "Z'ozpheratu" is likely a pun on the word Nosferatu, which, in modern usage, is interchangeable with "vampire." It was also the title of a 1922 silent film, who's lead character, Count Orlok, bears a striking resemblance to Z'ozpheratu.
