Dr. Zelka Forn was a benevolent, elderly male Human who ran a clinic in Upper City South on Taris. He would refuse help to none, regardless of their homeworld, species, government affiliation, or even if he personally hated them.

[edit] Biography
Zelka Forn founded a medical facility that was used to heal those that were sick or wounded. After the destruction of the Endar Spire several individuals brought in several Galactic Republic soldiers, both of them seriously wounded. He put a couple of them in kolto tanks in a back room of his facility. Zelka knew that he was putting himself at risk as should he be discovered by the Sith government he would be arrested and executed. He was also grieved about the Rakghoul disease because he didn't have an antidote for the people who could suffer it, particulary the Outcasts. He then heard about the Republic scientists getting close to a cure, when the Sith overran the base and kept the serum all for their patrols in the Undercity.
When Revan arrived at his facility he discovered Zelka's secret, but agreed to keep it, impressed by the doctor's compassion. Revan learned about the serum and why Zelka wanted it. Gurney, Zelka's assistant also told him about another person who wanted and would give a much higher offer than Zelka, Davik Kang. Later, Revan would find a Sith trooper corpse in the Undercity containing Rakghoul serum which Revan gave to Zelka, who offered him 50 credits and two medpacs, but Revan refused believing Zelka needed them more than Revan did. Zelka managed to make enough copies of the serum to give it to those who needed it very, very cheaply and he also gave Revan a discount saying it was the least he could do.
He is presumed to have died in the orbital bombardment of Taris by Darth Malak.

Zelka had a extreme concern for others. He would refuse help to none, even if they were an off-worlder, alien, or even if he hated them. He knew Davik would want the cure for the Rakghoul disease and he knew what would happen if Davik got his hands on the sample of serum instead. He feared the Sith because he believed that they might one day close his clinic out of evil-spite, in-fact he prefers not to have any trouble with the Sith. When Revan gave him the serum and declined his offer, he considered his spirit very noble, but still believed that Revan diserved something for his efforts.

If the player follows the dark side, they can threaten to tell the Sith about the Republic soldiers unless Zelka bribed them to keep quiet. If Carth Onasi is in the party he will protest. The player could also sell the Rakghoul serum to Zax and earn 1000 credits or presuade Zax into paying 1500 credits if the player has a high enough persuade skill, but the player will gain dark side points. The player could still buy a copy of the serum from Zelka but he couldn't copy it so he had to buy from Zax expensively.
Should the player approach Zelka in a Sith uniform then he will maintain that he has the permits and asks you to leave saying he doesn't want any trouble.
He was voiced by Daran Norris, the same voice actor that played G0-T0 in The Sith Lords.
