Zeven Mallat was an Imperial Security Bureau agent still serving the New Order in 16 ABY. In that year, he responded to a request from Grand Moff Gann of Sector 5 for information on the Yevetha by forwarding a report assembled by Obo Rin, author of the Catalog of Intelligent Life in the Galaxy. It is not entirely clear if Mallat contacted the famous sentientologist directly, or if he simply adapted archived information authored by him.
