Zgorth'sth was a Mon Calamari Rebel agent.
A member of Alliance Intelligence, Zgorth'sth was the commander of the Intentions division about 2 ABY. He collected data on his office, determined which information deserved a further research, and edited material for and from The Task Force on Alliance Security.
Zgorth'sth's subordinate Captain Ioth provided him with information about the movements of an Imperial fleet near Oplovis. Ioth believed that the fleet planned to attack Mantooine. Zgorth'sth discovered that the fleet was about to act, and informed his commanding officer, Chief of Intelligence General Vernan. Thanks to this, the Rebel Alliance was able to prepare some countermeasures to defeat the Imperial fleet.
Similarly, Zgorth'sth believed that the Empire was planning an attack on Mon Calamari around 2 ABY; however, the bureaucracy of the project would take so much time, that Zgorth'sth hoped to win the war before that invasion.
He also wrote reports on Lu'daal-ud, a threat to the Rebel Alliance, suggesting to hire an independent team to chase him.
After 4 ABY, during the first days of the New Republic, Zgorth'sth was promoted to Captain and given the command of the New Republic's recently-created Department of Threat Assessment.
