Zilpha was the secretary of Gaeriel Captison at the time of the Battle of Bakura. In addition to her secretarial functions, she was also a capabale slicer, and had managed to hack the Imperial communications network in Wilek Nereus' office, thus letting her boss know what the governor was planning before the general populace did.
